Premier Custom Travel Earns Tenth Consecutive BBB Award for Excellence

On Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at the 33rd Better Business Bureau of Houston Awards for Excellence, Premier Custom Travel was recognized for the tenth consecutive year.

Each year, the BBB hosts a luncheon and ceremony to award local businesses that have earned an Award of Distinction, or the highest honor – the Pinnacle Award. The Pinnacle Award is awarded to only one business in each category annually.

At the 2025 gala, Premier Custom Travel earned its ninth Award of Distinction, which the company had also earned each year from 2016-2023. In 2024, the Iowa Colony, Texas based travel company was awarded the distinguished Pinnacle Award. Since becoming an A+ rated member of the BBB in 2016, Premier Custom Travel has been awarded every year. PCT is the only travel company to have earned a BBB award across those ten consecutive years.
