There are many reasons to use a travel agency, but here are a few of the big ones:

1) We charge the same rates (if not less) than you would pay to book the travel yourself.
2) We do all the work for you and save you the time and stress of putting all the pieces of a vacation together.
3) Our company has access to the widest variety of options and therefore can bring you the best options and prices for your trip.
4) Each certified travel consultant is an expert in their field and will use their knowledge and experience to help you get the most out of your time and money.
5) We are your one-stop shop. We will make sure that your vacation includes all the necessary components, including airfare, accommodations, tours, insurance, and more.
6) We are your advocate should there be any problems.

We offer the following vacation types:

CRUISES - Voyages from Galveston and ports worldwide. We work with over 50 cruise lines, including ocean, river, luxury, and expedition lines.

THEME PARKS - The world's most popular family destinations, including Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Universal Orlando Resort.

ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORTS - Our exclusive all-inclusive partners are the Sandals and Beaches Resorts.

WORLDWIDE DESTINATIONS - Guided and independent itineraries to incredible places around the world.

In most cases, no. In rare instances where fees are required, they will be quoted in your price.

We are also happy to give you a free estimate for your vacation. However, if multiple estimates or destinations are requested, we reserve the right to charge a nominal fee to cover the cost of our time. In cases where this happens, those fees will be applied towards any bookings you make.

We do list prices in some cases, but many factors can change the price of travel services. Also, some specials and "private" fares my have restrictions on how we can advertise them. Where possible, we reference base prices. However, to avoid giving you outdated information or incorrect prices and to avoid confusion, we prefer to give you specific pricing when making your reservation.

There are a number of reasons this may have happened, but generally, it's because a supplier raised their price before the service was booked. The best way to guarantee the price you were quoted is to place a hold on the vacation at the time of consultation and pay the required deposit before the courtesy hold expires.

With most of our vacations, we will be able to send you a no-obligation quote that is valid for a certain amount of time. During that "option" period, the price will not change. However, if you do not make the minimum required payment before the expiration of that hold period, the price may increase or the reservation may no longer be available. Any special offers included may also be forfeited.

Payment options depend on the services purchased. For some vacations, payment is due when we book your itinerary. Many packages may allow you to pay a deposit up front and the remainder of the balance before departure. The due dates for deposits and final payments will be clearly outlined on your invoice prior to any payments being made.

Many of our vacation packages allow for you to make a deposit up front and then payments along the way, similar to a layaway plan. We will be happy to explain these programs where avaiable. When applicable, our layaway plans do not incur interest or extra charges and often do not even have regular or structured payments. With most, you pay as much as you want whenever you want, as long as the full balance is paid by the final due date.

We glady accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept cash or personal checks. All credit card payments must be paid by a card billed to a United States billing address. All transactions will be in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.

Many of our vacations can be booked several years in advance, although certain components like hotels and airfare may not be available until inside of one year from the travel date. Please contact us for specific availability for your preferred vacation.

Premier Custom Travel recommends a passport for all international travel, even when one is not required.

Be sure to ask your Certified Travel Consultant what passport requirements apply to your cruise vacation. Premier Custom Travel strongly recommends that all travelers apply for or renew their passports as soon as possible. Government regulations are continually being modified and it is best to be prepared.

In some cases, we can take over existing reservations and help you from that point forward. Please contact us with your reservation/confirmation numbers for more information. Please note that we do not charge anything to take over a reservation and your trip's features and pricing are not increased or changed in any way when we take over the reservation.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist with or answer questions about reservations that are not booked through or transferred to our company.
