Recipe: Coconut Shrimp
You won’t believe how easy it is to recreate this taste of the Caribbean, thanks to the Chefs of our partner Viking Ocean Cruises. The shrimp are sweet and juicy, while the coconut crust is crispy—not greasy. The smoky “jerk” seasoning echoes the flavors first created by the original inhabitants of the Caribbean, the Arawaks.
