Discount Terms and Conditions
i. Offer applies to new bookings made from 1 May 2026 to 31 August 2026 (“Offer Period”) for selected HX departures from 15 May 2026 to 31 March 2028. Bookings made outside of the Offer Period will not qualify.
ii. No booking holds are permitted. The minimum deposit required under our current Booking Terms & Conditions must be made to confirm the offer.
iii. Offer applies automatically to valid Tour Codes and only to Tour Code components (including voyage and local domestic flights) and does not apply to optional excursions, pre/post tours, insurance, additional hotel accommodation, transfers, international arrival and departure flights, arrival and departure packages and group bookings.

Suite Upgrade Terms and Conditions

i. Offer applies to new bookings made from 24 March 2026 to 31 August 2026 (“Offer Period”) and is capacity controlled for selected HX departures from 16 October to 30 December 2026. Departures may be removed at any time. Bookings made outside of the Offer Period will not qualify.
ii. Offer is subject to suite availability at the time of booking. Availability must exist in the following suite categories – ME (MS Roald Amundsen & MS Fridtjof Nansen) and Q2 (MS Fram). Offer is not applicable to any other suite category (ie MG on MS Fram and MF, MD, MC, MB and MA on MS Roald Amundsen & MS Fridtjof Nansen.
iii. 250 USD onboard credit is valid for all newcomers who make an eligible booking and have not previously travelled with HX Expeditions. Offer is valid on all new bookings made between 04 December 2025 to 23 March 2026 and is valid on all departures between 23 December 2025 and 31 March 2028.
Onboard Credit is provided to each guest account at the time of booking as a credit of 250 USD to the account.
Onboard credit is issued per person and not per cabin. Onboard credit can be used to purchase certain products or services onboard our expedition ships.

Onboard credit cannot be applied to cruise fare, airfare, hotel costs, tax or service charges.
