Carnival Cruise Line<\/a> will celebrate America\u2019s 250th Anniversary from Sea to Shining Sea! As America\u2019s cruise line, and the official America250 partner\u2014sailing more Americans than any other cruise line\u2014they will bring fun from coast to coast so everyone can celebrate. This includes ship meetups with fireworks on both coasts, community homeport celebrations, and fleetwide onboard activities. Here is a breakdown of the planned celebrations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

From Sea To Shining Sea<\/strong> Onboard Activations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  • During embarkation, on select ships, guests will be welcomed with 40-foot patriotic inflatables on deck.<\/li>\n
  • All ships will have 250th birthday banners and decorations.<\/li>\n
  • US YAY! Parties with balloon drops and patriotic appearances from Dr. Seuss\u2019s Cat in the Hat; Red, White and Blue Deck Parties.<\/li>\n
  • Festive food and drinks including specialty cocktails, strawberry shortcake, limited-edition America250 souvenir Coke cans and \u201cAmerica\u2019s Cruisin\u201d beer.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n

    Ship Meetups<\/strong> On July 4<\/strong>th<\/sup><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Get ready to be part of a memorable celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • On July 4, seven ships sailing from the East Coast will meet up near Celebration Key, Grand Bahama for a special fireworks show.<\/li>\n
    • Three ships will also meet up for a front row seat to the West Coast\u2019s largest fireworks show, Port of San Diego\u2019s Big Bay Boom, for which Carnival is the official cruise line sponsor.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n

      Recognizing Our Military<\/strong> & Their Families<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      One Military family on each sailing\u00a0the week of July 4\u00a0will receive an American flag\u00a0that was flown over the U.S. Capitol. Plus,\u00a0all veterans and active-duty military\u00a0on those sailings will also\u00a0receive a special edition military pin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
