Beginning May 16, 2025, and running through summer 2026, the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration will honor seven decades of happiness and many moments of joy in the making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

You will get to \u201ccelebrate happy\u201d with limited-time entertainment, colorful d\u00e9cor, themed food and beverages, collectible merchandise, and so much more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWorld of Color Happiness!\u201d Debuts at Disney California Adventure Park<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This all-new \u201cWorld of Color\u201d show is inspired by Walt Disney\u2019s words from the opening day park dedication from seven decades ago: \u201cTo all who come to this happy place\u2026 welcome!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This nighttime spectacular will explore \u201chappy\u201d through a kaleidoscope of emotions, hosted by Joy and the other Emotions from the hit Pixar Animation Studios films, \u201cInside Out\u201d and \u201cInside Out 2.\u201d Along the way, the Emotions manifest music and moments from favorite Walt Disney Animation Studios\u2019 and Pixar Animation Studios\u2019 stories, including \u201cTurning Red,\u201d \u201cA Goofy Movie,\u201d \u201cTangled,\u201d \u201cThe Lion King\u201d and so many more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“World of Color Happiness!\u201d will transform Paradise Bay with a brilliant array of signature fountains, dynamic lighting, colorful lasers, fog and dramatic flame effects, painting musical memories with all the wonder that only \u201cWorld of Color\u201d can create. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPaint the Night\u201d Parade Returns to Disneyland Park<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This fan-favorite, dazzling nighttime parade will make its grand return to Disneyland for the 70th celebration, lighting up Main Street, U.S.A., with stunning color and more than a million brilliant LED lights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mickey Mouse uses his vivid imagination to harness the power of Tinker Bell\u2019s pixie dust and \u201cPaint the Night\u201d in Disney dreams, bringing to light beloved characters and stories from Pixar and Disney Animation films such as \u201cMonsters, Inc.,\u201d \u201cCars,\u201d \u201cToy Story\u201d, \u201cThe Little Mermaid,\u201d \u201cBeauty and the Beast,\u201d and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cPaint the Night\u201d parade features innovative floats, vibrant costumes, incredible special effects, unforgettable music and energetic performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWondrous Journeys\u201d is Back at Disneyland Park<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At night, Disneyland will become a magnificent canvas with the return of this beloved nighttime spectacular. \u201cWondrous Journeys\u201d celebrates the legacy of Walt Disney Animation Studios classics that have inspired Walt Disney\u2019s original magic kingdom. Throughout the show, you embark on a journey filled with artistry, music, storytelling and heart as you experience moments from beloved stories like \u201cHercules,\u201d \u201cThe Princess and the Frog,\u201d \u201cPeter Pan,\u201d \u201cFrozen,\u201d \u201cBig Hero 6,\u201d \u201cMoana,\u201d \u201cEncanto\u201d and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The show features state-of-the-art projection effects that transform Main Street, U.S.A., Sleeping Beauty Castle, \u201cit\u2019s a small world\u201d and the Rivers of America. On select nights, the show will be enhanced with fireworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBetter Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!\u201d Parade at Disney California Adventure Park<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the fun, \u201cBetter Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!\u201d returns to the streets of California Adventure. This delightful daytime parade is filled with incredible music, dynamic and colorful floats and nearly 30 favorite characters from Pixar Animation Studios films, including \u201cLuca,\u201d \u201cTurning Red,\u201d \u201cUp,\u201d and more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWondrous Journeys\u201d nighttime spectacular and \u201cBetter Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!\u201d parade will temporarily pause to make way for seasonal Halloween and Holidays entertainment offerings, then resume at a later time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional Entertainment and More Magic to Come<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even more details and magical touches will be coming to the resort for the 70th celebration. Brilliant, colorful d\u00e9cor will adorn the entire resort, including an elegant medallion on Sleeping Beauty Castle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disneyland park will debut a new character cavalcade called \u201cMickey and Friends Celebrate Happy!\u201d As it winds its way along the parade route, favorite characters will encourage you to dance and clap along in an energetic and contemporary celebration of seven decades of happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the evenings at California Adventure, the exterior of Carthay Circle Restaurant will invite everyone to \u201ccelebrate happy\u201d during a special moment filled with music, lights and projection effects. And at Disneyland, the facade of \u201cit\u2019s a small world\u201d will also get a new projection show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plus, created in honor of the anniversary, an upbeat new theme song \u201cCelebrate Happy\u201d will be heard throughout various entertainment offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
