This includes making new resort reservations, making modifications to existing Resort reservations, providing confirmations or taking payments. <\/p>\n
We also will be unable to process reservations for dining, dinner shows, tours, recreation and children\u2019s activity centers at the Walt Disney World Resort, as well as for Cirque du Soleil\u00ae La Nouba\u2122, and you will temporarily be unable to access Disney\u2019s Online Check\u2010In Service.<\/p>\n
In addition, we will be unable to process room\u2010only or vacation package reservations for Disney\u2019s Vero Beach Resort, Disney\u2019s Hilton Head Island Resort, the Hotels of the Disneyland\u00ae Resort or Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. <\/p>\n
If you need to make a payment or modify your Disney reservation, please contact us before 5 p.m. on October 8, 2012, or after our systems return to full operation. We expect to be back to full functionality on Tuesday afternoon, October 9, 2012, and will be glad to accommodate your requests at that time.<\/p>\n
