Just in time for the big game tomorrow, here are a few food and drink ideas from two of the brands we proudly represent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Method:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a large pot over medium-high heat, saut\u00e9 the bacon in the butter until the fat renders. Add the onion, garlic, corn, celery and clams, and continue to cook until the vegetables are tender. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the white wine to deglaze the pan, and cook until reduced by half. Add remaining ingredients and cook until the consistency is thick and the potatoes are tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Method:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fill bottom of individual small bowls with the shredded lettuce and top with the shrimp. Combine the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and lemon juice. Fill individual ramekins to serve the sauce on the side. Arrange the lettuce leaves around the edge of each bowl and garnish with the parsley or dill and the lemon wedges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MANGO MARGARITA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

INGREDIENTS:
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 2 oz Margaritaville Tequila<\/li>
  • 1 oz Vitality mango puree<\/li>
  • \u00bc oz simple syrup<\/li>
  • 1 oz frozen lemonade mix<\/li>
  • \u00bd oz pineapple juice<\/li>
  • <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    OKAY, LET\u2019S GET MARGARITA-MAKIN\u2019:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker.<\/li>
    2. Add ice.<\/li>
    3. Shake it.<\/li>
    4. If you shook it in the last step, but not vigorously, c\u2019mon… please shake it better.<\/li>
    5. Pour your well-shaken margarita into a 12 oz glass.<\/li>
    6. Fancy bonus! Garnish it with a lime wedge.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      PAPA DOBLE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      INGREDIENTS:
      <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • 2 oz white rum<\/li>
      • 1\u00bc oz grapefruit juice<\/li>
      • \u00be oz Maraschino liqueur<\/li>
      • \u00bd oz fresh lime juice<\/li>
      • 1 cherry<\/li>
      • some ice<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        NOW IT\u2019S TIME TO MAKE THE DRINK. HERE\u2019S HOW YOU DO IT:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Gather all of the ingredients, plus your favorite vacation memories, into a cocktail shaker.<\/li>
        2. Add ice<\/li>
        3. Shake like you mean it<\/li>
        4. Strain and pour \u2014 as gently as a Caribbean sea breeze \u2014 into a martini glass<\/li>
        5. Fancy bonus! Garnish with a cherry.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          And of course, we can’t forget dessert…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
