Carnival Cruise Line has expanded its popular Carnival LIVE entertainment concept to include two hilarious performances by two-time Emmy and Grammy award-winning comedian Kathy Griffin in February 2016.
\n<\/p>\n

Bringing the best in live entertainment to the seas, Carnival LIVE is a one-of-a-kind on-board experience that provides guests an opportunity to enjoy performances by major artists at a great value. Performances are held in the ships\u2019 main theaters \u2013 ranging in guest capacity from 900 to 1,300 \u2013 meaning there\u2019s never a bad seat in the house.<\/p>\n

Griffin will showcase her distinctive brand of pull-no-punches comedy with two shows while ships are docked in Cozumel \u2013 one aboard Carnival Fantasy February 24 and another aboard Carnival Breeze February 25.<\/p>\n

Known for pulling the veil back on current events in an ever-changing show that is inspired by this year\u2019s political landscape, pop culture news and her personal run-ins with celebrities and other \u201cquestionable figures,\u201d Griffin has achieved legendary status for her take-no-prisoners approach to comedy.<\/p>\n

Her incredible work ethic and passion for her craft has earned her a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records for writing and starring in an unprecedented 20 televised stand-up specials \u2013 more than any comedian in history. Griffin\u2019s performances will complement an array of recently announced shows by musical artists taking place aboard 11 Carnival ships departing from eight convenient U.S. homeports this spring and summer 2016.<\/p>\n

Tickets for Kathy Griffin\u2019s 2016 Carnival LIVE performances are $50 for general admission, significantly less than land-based venues. VIP tickets are available for $200 and offer seating in the first four rows, a photo opportunity with Griffin and a commemorative concert pass.<\/p>\n
