If you booked your air through Premier Custom Travel, please contact us directly for information and change/cancellation polices that apply to your specific reservation.

If Premier Custom Travel did not book your air, please check directly with your airline for any schedule changes or change/cancellation polices. Airlines may also issue waivers allowing you to change your flights without a penalty. We've included flight tracking links and websites for specific airlines below for your reference.

Below are the latest updates from each cruise line we represent, listed in alphabetical order. We will do our best to keep this information as up-to-date as possible, but this is an ever-evolving situation and policies can change quickly. ABERCROMBIE & KENT - Abercrombie & Kent is continuing to assess future travel operations on a destination by destination basis around the world. If your upcoming travel plans are affected, you will be contacted to discuss postponing your journey, approximately 30-45 days prior to departure.

AMAWATERWAYS - Cruises canceled through December 31, 2020.

AMERICAN CRUISE LINES - All cruises canceled until further notice. 2020 Alaska season canceled entirely.

AMERICAN QUEEN STEAMBOAT COMPANY - All cruises on all ships canceled through December 31, 2020.

AVALON WATERWAYS - In response to elevated travel restrictions and government advisements, we have made the thoughtful decision to suspend international operations through February 28, 2021 for guests from the United States.

AZAMARA - Azamara's 2020-2021 winter sailings are canceled. They expect to return to service for the 2021 spring season in Europe. Azamara Quest will return to service on March 20, 2021. Azamara Journey will return to service on April 9, 2021. Azamara Pursuit will return to service on May 9, 2021.

CARNIVAL CRUISE LINE - NEW: All cruises from U.S. homeports canceled through January 31, 2021. All cruises from Baltimore, Charleston, Jacksonville, Long Beach, Mobile, New Orleans, and San Diego canceled through February 28, 2021. All cruises on Carnival Legend canceled through March 26, 2021. PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT: Carnival Cruise Line has reviewed the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Framework for Conditional Sailing and is seeking additional clarification to fully understand the requirements. While we await further information, we have (temporarily) stopped selling all cruises eight days and longer which call upon a U.S. port and depart January 1 through November 1, 2021. For those who are currently booked on one of these cruises, we ask for your patience to receive further information from Carnival Cruise Line on whether your cruise is impacted.

CELEBRITY CRUISES - All cruises canceled through December 31st, 2021.

CELESTYAL CRUISES - Entire 2020 cruise season canceled. 2021 season will commence on March 6, 2021.

COSTA CRUISES - The Italian government has officially approved the resumption of cruise operations and we are pleased to announce the restart of operations from Italian ports. Initially, it will be a gradual restart from our Italian ports reserved exclusively for our Italian Guests. The most recent development shows that the conditions for safe travel are not yet in place in all destinations in Europe. Therefore, we are unfortunately forced to extend the suspension of cruise activities for all other ships in the fleet for North American guests until December 18, 2020.

CRYSTAL CRUISES - Crystal Symphony & Crystal Serenity voyages canceled through March 25, 2021.

CRYSTAL RIVER CRUISES - All river cruises canceled through December 31, 2020.

CRYSTAL YACHT EXPEDITION CRUISES - All yacht cruises canceled through March 14, 2021. Expedition voyages canceled through May 1, 2021.

CUNARD - NEW: Cunard has reviewed the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Framework for Conditional Sailing and is seeking additional clarification to fully understand the requirements. While we await further information, we have (temporarily) stopped selling all cruises eight days and longer which call upon a U.S. port and depart January 1 through November 1, 2021. For those who are currently booked on one of these cruises, we ask for your patience to receive further information from Cunard on whether your cruise is impacted. PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT: Queen Elizabeth sailings canceled until March 25, 2021. Queen Mary 2 sailings canceled until April 18, 2021. Queen Victoria sailings canceled until May 16, 2021.

DISNEY CRUISE LINE - All cruises canceled through January 31, 2021.

EMERALD WATERWAYS - Cruises canceled through February 28, 2021.

HAPAG-LLOYD CRUISES - All Antarctic cruises with the HANSEATIC inspiration and HANSEATIC nature in the 2020/2021 season have been canceled. These cancellations affect the following cruises: INS2023, INS2024, INS2100, INS2101, INS2102, INS2103, INS2104, INS2105 and NAT2100, NAT2101, NAT2102, NAT2103, NAT2104. PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT: Hapag-Lloyd Cruises has set sail again with extensive hygiene and preventive measures. Cruises restarted from Hamburg with the luxury ship, the EUROPA 2, and the expedition ship, the HANSEATIC inspiration. Kindly note that in accordance with the German authorities, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises has agreed to only welcome guests who are resident in Germany, Austria and Switzerland at this time. Thanks to the positive developments with regard to containing COVID-19 in these countries and the comparatively short distances to the departure point, it is assumed that the risk of infection from people resident in these countries is similarly low.

HEBRIDEAN ISLAND CRUISES - All remaining 2020 cruises on Hebridean Princess and Royal Crown are now canceled.

HOLLAND AMERICA LINE - As we continue to prepare and develop our plans, we have made the decision to extend our pause in cruise operations for all departures through March 31, 2021, cruises of eight days or longer that call at a U.S. port through November 1, 2021, and select longer cruise itineraries departing this spring. Please contact Premier Custom Travel for a list of affected voyages.

HURTIGRUTEN - The COVID-19 situation in both Norway and Europe is evolving from day to day. Lately, there have been local and regional outbreaks of COVID-19 in Norway and abroad. Local, national and international travel restrictions and quarantine requirements are widespread.

With the escalating uncertainties, very low number of national and international travelers, and the impact the pandemic has on our operations, we are sorry to inform that we must reduce capacity on our coastal service.

As a result, and on the request of the Norwegian Ministry of Transport, we currently sail with two ships in a temporary route between Bodø and Kirkenes until further notice. Cancellations are in effect through January 31, 2021 on select ships and itineraries. Please contact us for the complete list of dates and ships.

Due to international restrictions and the global coronavirus outbreak, we have cancelled several expedition sailings through May, 2021. Please contact us for the complete list of dates and ships.

LINDBLAD EXPEDITIONS/NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC - Voyages canceled until further notice.

MSC CRUISES - All cruises canceled through December 31, 2020, with the exception of MSC Grandiosa and MSC Magnifica, sailing in the Mediterranean with guests from Schengen countries only.

NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE - All voyages canceled through and including December 31, 2020.

OCEANIA CRUISES - All voyages on Marina, Riviera, Nautica, and Sirena through December 31, 2020 are canceled. Regatta sailings now canceled through February 2, 2021.

PONANT - Cruises canceled through various dates. Please contact us for specific ship schedule changes.

PRINCESS CRUISES - Princess Cruises has canceled all cruises sailing through March 31, 2021, plus all cruises longer than seven days sailing in and out of United States ports through November 1, 2021. Additionally, due to the uncertainty about when international travel restrictions might be lifted, Princess Cruises is extending its pause in operations for cruises departing in and out of Japan through June 25, 2021.

REGENT SEVEN SEAS CRUISES - Cruises canceled through December 31, 2020. In addition, we have suspended our Full 2021 World Cruise, along with voyages departing through April 2021 aboard Seven Seas Mariner, the January 5, 2021 voyage aboard Seven Seas Voyager, and the January 6, January 21 and February 4, 2021 voyages aboard Seven Seas Explorer.

RIVIERA RIVER CRUISES - Cruises canceled until further notice.

ROYAL CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL - All sailings canceled through December 31, 2020 (excluding Quantum of the Seas in Singapore).

SCENIC LUXURY CRUISES & TOURS - All cruises canceled through February 28, 2021. Scenic Myanmar River Cruises canceled through March 31, 2021.

SEABOURN - NEW: Seabourn has reviewed the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Framework for Conditional Sailing and is seeking additional clarification to fully understand the requirements. While we await further information, we have (temporarily) stopped selling all cruises eight days and longer which call upon a U.S. port and depart January 1 through November 1, 2021. For those who are currently booked on one of these cruises, we ask for your patience to receive further information from Seabourn on whether your cruise is impacted. PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT: Seabourn Ovation cruises canceled through April 18, 2021. Seabourn Odyssey cruises canceled through January 15, 2021. Seabourn Sojourn cruises canceled through May 24, 2021. Seabourn Quest cruises canceled through May 10, 2021. Seabourn Encore cruises canceled through May 28, 2021. Seabourn Ovation cruises canceled through December 31, 2020.

SEADREAM YACHT CLUB - West Indies voyages resumed on November 7, 2020.

SILVERSEA - Silversea ships plan to resume sailing on the following dates: Silver Cloud - March 19, 2021; Silver Wind - June 14, 2021; Silver Shadow - January 8, 2021; Silver Spirit - January 4, 2021; Silver Muse - January 5, 2021; Silver Whisper - June 6, 2021; Silver Explorer - February 9, 2021; Silver Moon - January 7, 2021; Silver Dawn - November 9, 2021; Silver Origin - January 9, 2021.

STAR CLIPPERS - Voyages on all three vessels canceled until January 2, 2021.

TAUCK RIVER CRUISES - Cruises canceled through December 31, 2020.

TAUCK SMALL SHIP CRUISING - Cruises canceled through December 31, 2020.

UN-CRUISE ADVENTURES - Alaska & Pacific Northwest departures for the remainder of 2020 have been suspended.

U BY UNIWORLD - All departures canceled through December 31, 2020.

UNIWORLD BOUTIQUE RIVER CRUISE COLLECTION - All departures canceled through December 31, 2020.

VICTORY CRUISE LINES - The entire 2020 cruise season has been canceled due to prolonged governmental restrictions and uncertainties of future travel through Canadian waters.

VIKING OCEAN CRUISES - Cruises canceled through December 31, 2020.

VIKING RIVER CRUISES - Cruises canceled through December 31, 2020.

VIRGIN VOYAGES - Cruises canceled through December 31, 2020.

WINDSTAR CRUISES - Windstar ships will resume sailing on the following dates: Wind Spirit – March 25, 2021; Star Breeze – March 27, 2021; Star Legend – April 7, 2021; Wind Star – April 13, 2021; Wind Surf – April 24, 2021; Star Pride – July 6, 2021

ADVENTURES BY DISNEY - Departures canceled through February 28, 2021.

AM RESORTS - Select resorts have re-opened. Please contact us for a complete list of resorts and planned re-opening dates.

AULANI, A DISNEY RESORT & SPA - A phased reopening of Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa began on November 1, 2020. Visit our Aulani page for specific details about the re-opening process.

BEACHES RESORTS - Beaches Negril has reopened. Beaches Turks & Caicos is now scheduled to re-open on December 21, 2020, although we are hearing that may be delayed into 2021. We will post updates as we get them. Beaches Ocho Rios is scheduled to re-open on December 18, 2020.

CIE TOURS - CIE Tours has suspended the operation of departures to all destinations through December, 2020.

CLUB MED - Several resorts are now re-opened for guests. Here are the latest upcoming re-opening dates for currently closed resorts: Club Med Michès Playa Esmeralda will re-open on December 19, 2020. Club Med Caravelle will re-open on December 18, 2020. Club Med Buccaneer's Creek will re-open on February 6, 2021. Club Med Columbus Isle will re-open in December 2021. Club Med Ixtapa Pacific will re-open in December 2021. Please contact us for specific resort information. This schedule can be subject to modifications as a result of governmental decisions regarding border closures or travel restrictions, air travel accessibility, or health & safety protocols.

COSMOS - In response to elevated travel restrictions and government advisements, we have made the thoughtful decision to suspend international operations through February 28, 2021 for guests from the United States.

DISNEYLAND RESORT - The Downtown Disney District has begun a phased reopening. The Hotels of the Disneyland Resort remain closed and will reopen at a later date (we are expecting them to be closed at least through December 31, 2020). Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park will remain closed and will reopen at a later date, pending state and local government approvals. Upon reopening, certain parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences and other offerings will be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and will be subject to limited availability or even closure, and park admission and offerings are not guaranteed.

GLOBUS - In response to elevated travel restrictions and government advisements, we have made the thoughtful decision to suspend international operations through February 28, 2021 for guests from the United States. Domestic operations of select tours for the U.S. market will continue.

LEGOLAND CALIFORNIA - SeaLife Aquarium and Legoland Hotel are now open. The theme park and water park remain closed until further notice.

MONOGRAMS - In response to elevated travel restrictions and government advisements, we have made the thoughtful decision to suspend international operations through February 28, 2021 for guests from the United States. Domestic operations will resume in November 2020 for the U.S. market.

ROCKY MOUNTAINEER - All departures have been canceled for the 2020 season. Rocky Mountaineer looks forward to welcoming guests back in 2021.

SANDALS RESORTS - The following resorts are now open: Sandals Grand Antigua, Sandals Royal Caribbean, Sandals Grande St. Lucian, Sandals Negril, Sandals Regency La Toc, Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Barbados, Sandals Royal Barbados, Sandals South Coast, Sandals Grenada, and Sandals Royal Plantation. Here are the planned re-opening dates for their other resorts: JAMAICA: Sandals Ochi will re-open on December 17, 2020. BAHAMAS: Sandals Emerald Bay will re-open on February 1, 2021. Sandals Royal Bahamian will re-open on January 28, 2021. ST. LUCIA: Sandals Halcyon will re-open on January 15, 2021.

SCENIC LUXURY CRUISES & TOURS - Land tours canceled through February 28, 2021. Scenic Africa Land Touring canceled through March 31, 2021.

SEAWORLD - SeaWorld Orlando, SeaWorld San Antonio, and SeaWorld San Diego have all re-opened.

TAUCK - All tours canceled through December 31, 2020.

TRAFALGAR - Trafalgar has suspended all Europe and Britain trips departing up and until 28 February 2021, and all other worldwide trips departing up and until 31 December 2020.

UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT - On November 2, 2020, Universal’s Volcano Bay closed for the season and is currently scheduled to reopen on or before March 1, 2021. Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s CityWalk are remaining open daily.

WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT - NEW: While Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park remain closed at this time, pending state and local government approvals, we currently plan to reopen one of the two Disney water parks on March 7, 2021. PREVIOUS UPDATE: All 4 Walt Disney World theme parks and Disney Springs are now open. Park attendance is managed via the Disney Park Pass reservation system — to enter a park, both a park reservation and valid admission for the same park on the same date are required for Guests ages 3 and up. Additionally, select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, including Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, are open to Guests. Upon reopening, theme parks, Disney Resort Hotels, restaurants and other offerings may be modified, limited in capacity and subject to availability or closure.
