If Premier Custom Travel did not book your air, please check directly with your airline for any schedule changes or change/cancellation polices. Airlines may also issue waivers allowing you to change your flights without a penalty. We've included flight tracking links and websites for specific airlines below for your reference.

CRUISES


Below are the latest updates from each cruise line we represent, listed in alphabetical order. We will do our best to keep this information as up-to-date as possible, but this is an ever-evolving situation and policies can change quickly. If you have questions about a specific reservation, please contact us.


ABERCROMBIE & KENT - Abercrombie & Kent is continuing to assess future travel operations on a destination by destination basis around the world. If your upcoming travel plans are affected, you will be contacted to discuss postponing your journey, approximately 30-45 days prior to departure.

AMAWATERWAYS - We are continuously monitoring the updates from global health authorities and local governments in the U.S. and around the world with regards to the ongoing situation. At this time, we have extended suspensions for river cruise sailings embarking through May 31, 2021.

AMERICAN CRUISE LINES - Select itineraries have resumed at a reduced capacity. We are regularly communicating with all guests to provide updates as new information becomes available. If a cruise is unable to operate, booked guests will have the option to receive a refund of the amounts paid or to be issued Cruise Vouchers, which can be used towards a future cruise.

AMERICAN QUEEN STEAMBOAT COMPANY - American Duchess has returned to service. The American Countess entered service in March. The American Empress will extend its suspension through May 16, 2021. The American Queen will extend its suspension through May 30, 2021.

AVALON WATERWAYS - In response to elevated travel restrictions and government advisements, we have made the thoughtful decision to suspend European and other select operations through May 31, 2021 for guests from the United States.

AZAMARA - Azamara has made the decision to extend the suspension of global operations for all sailings departing on or before June 30, 2021.

CARNIVAL CRUISE LINE - All embarkations from U.S. homeports up to and including June 30, 2021 are canceled.

CELEBRITY CRUISES - Celebrity Cruises has suspended global operations for all sailings departing on or before June 30, 2021 (excluding recent Celebrity Millennium St. Maarten and Celebrity Apex Greece itineraries).

CELESTYAL CRUISES - 2021 season will now commence on May 29, 2021 from Piraeus (Athens) with the seven-night Idyllic Aegean itinerary.

COSTA CRUISES - The most recent development shows that the conditions for safe travel are not yet in place in all destinations in Europe. Therefore, we are unfortunately forced to extend the suspension of cruise activities for select ships in the fleet for North American guests until the dates shown. We are hoping to resume with the following start dates: Costa Deliziosa - May 29, 2021. Costa Diadema - June 4, 2021. Costa Favolosa - June 6, 2021. Costa Firenze - May 30, 2021. Costa Fortuna - June 5, 2021. Costa Fascinosa - June 7, 2021. Costa Luminosa - June 6, 2021. Costa Magica - May 29, 2021. Costa Pacifica - May 28, 2021. Costa Smeralda - June 1, 2021. Costa Toscana - December 26, 2021.

CRYSTAL CRUISES - NEW: It is with deep regret that we have had to cancel all July - December 2021 Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia/New Zealand voyages aboard Crystal Symphony. However, we are pleased to announce that Crystal Symphony will now be deployed to the Caribbean with new voyages departing August through December 2021. PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT: Crystal Symphony & Crystal Serenity voyages canceled through June, 2021.

CRYSTAL RIVER CRUISES - All river cruises canceled through June, 2021.

CRYSTAL YACHT EXPEDITION CRUISES - Crystal Esprit cruises canceled through August 1, 2021. Crystal Endeavor cruises canceled through August, 2021.

CUNARD - Sailings on Queen Victoria are now canceled for departures up to and including August 27, 2021. With many of Queen Elizabeth’s summer itineraries also visiting international ports, and with cruises departing outside of the UK being unlikely for some time further, we are canceling Queen Elizabeth’s summer Mediterranean season and all departures up to and including October 11, 2021. For Queen Mary 2, there are a number of factors affecting her current program and after careful consideration we are canceling all departures up to and including November 12, 2021.

DISNEY CRUISE LINE - Disney Cruise line has canceled all sailings through June 30, 2021 and Disney Magic sailings through October 9, 2021.

EMERALD WATERWAYS - Cruises canceled through June 30, 2021.

HEBRIDEAN ISLAND CRUISES - Cruises tentatively scheduled to resume in May, 2021.

HOLLAND AMERICA LINE - NEW: All Alaska cruises canceled through June, 2021. PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS: We are extending our pause of European cruise operations through June 30, 2021. The following cruises are canceled: Alaska - Cruises through September 2021 to Alaska from all departure ports aboard Koningsdam, Nieuw Amsterdam, Noordam, and Zuiderdam. This also includes Land+Sea Journeys. Pacific Coastal: Two sailings in early October aboard Koningsdam and Oosterdam. Canada/New England: Three cruises aboard Zaandam departing in September, 2021. Discussions are ongoing with Canadian and US government authorities to try to find a path forward to preserve these sailings. As we continue to prepare and develop our plans, we have made the decision to extend our pause in cruise operations for all departures through April 30, 2021. Additionally, the following cruises are also canceled: Alaska: Eurodam and Oosterdam through the first week of June (roundtrip from Seattle); Koningsdam through mid-May (roundtrip from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada); Nieuw Amsterdam and Noordam through mid-May (roundtrip Vancouver and between Vancouver and Whittier, Alaska); and Zuiderdam though early June (roundtrip from Vancouver). Mediterranean: Volendam cruises through early June (between Venice and Civitavecchia [Rome], Italy); Westerdam though early June (roundtrip from Venice or between Venice and Piraeus [Athens], Greece). Canada/New England: Zaandam cruises through August (between Boston, Massachusetts, and Montreal, Quebec, Canada).

HURTIGRUTEN - In January, we added five ships on the route between Bergen and Kirkenes to strengthen the freight and local traffic services along the coast. MS Nordlys has canceled departures in March and April. Due to international restrictions and the global coronavirus outbreak, we have cancelled several expedition sailings through September, 2021. Please contact us for a complete list of canceled voyages.

LINDBLAD EXPEDITIONS/NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC - Expeditions are being assessed on a voyage by voyage basis. Affected customers will be contacted to discuss options. Expecting cruising to resume in June.

MSC CRUISES - Cruises departing from the United States canceled through May 31, 2021. Please contact us for other fleet itinerary changes and cancellations.

NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE - We have extended our voluntary temporary suspension through August 31, 2021 for the following ships: Norwegian Breakaway, Dawn, Escape, Getaway, Sky, Spirit, Star and Sun. In addition, Norwegian Epic through Sept. 1; and Norwegian Pearl through Nov. 7, 2021 have also been canceled. Norwegian Joy, Norwegian Jade and Norwegian Gem now boast new homeports in Greece and the Caribbean for three new and exciting itineraries sailing in July. All other itineraries and ships are canceled through June 30, 2021.

OCEANIA CRUISES - All voyages canceled through July 31, 2021.

PAUL GAUGUIN CRUISES - All voyages canceled through June 5, 2021.

PEARL SEAS CRUISES - All voyages canceled until further notice.

PONANT - Cruises canceled through various dates. Please contact us for specific ship schedule changes.

PRINCESS CRUISES - NEW: Alaska cruises from Seattle canceled through June 27, 2021. PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS: While we continue to work with government and port authorities to finalize the plan for our return to cruising, Princess is extending its pause of cruise vacations sailing the Caribbean, California Coast, Mexico and the Mediterranean through June 30, 2021. We have cancelled cruises sailing roundtrip from Southampton, through September 25, 2021 on Sky Princess, Regal Princess and Island Princess. The following voyages are now canceled: Alaska 7-day Voyage of the Glaciers cruises, sailing between Vancouver, B.C. and Anchorage (Whittier) in 2021; Pacific Coastal cruises that start or end in Vancouver, B.C. for the 2021 season; and Canadian Adventure 24-day sailing roundtrip from Southampton, UK.

QUARK EXPEDITIONS - All voyages canceled through April 30, 2021.

REGENT SEVEN SEAS CRUISES - All voyages canceled through July 31, 2021.

RIVIERA RIVER CRUISES - Cruises canceled through May 31, 2021.

ROYAL CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL - All cruises canceled through June 30, 2021, excluding sailings onboard Quantum, Spectrum, Voyager, Anthem, Adventure, Vision, Jewel, and Odyssey of the Seas.

SCENIC LUXURY CRUISES & TOURS - Cruises canceled through June 30, 2021.

SEABOURN - NEW: The following ships have now had their re-start dates changed: Seabourn Sojourn, with its next scheduled departure now set for July 3, 2021; Seabourn Encore, with its next scheduled departure now set for July 3, 2021; Seabourn Ovation, with its next scheduled departure now set for July 3, 2021; Seabourn Quest, with its next scheduled departure now set for November 7, 2021. PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT: As a result of the Canadian Transport Ministry’s Interim Order that closed Canadian ports and waters to passenger vessels, the brand is cancelling its 2021 Alaska/British Columbia departures. The cancellation announcement applies to a total of 19 voyages scheduled aboard Seabourn Odyssey in summer 2021 between Vancouver, Canada and Juneau, Alaska, including one Pacific Coast voyage at the end of the season.

SEADREAM YACHT CLUB - All cruises canceled through April 30, 2021.

SILVERSEA - Silversea ships plan to resume sailing on the following dates: Silver Cloud - June 14, 2021; Silver Wind - November 20, 2021; Silver Shadow - June 7, 2021; Silver Spirit - June 10, 2021; Silver Muse - June 3, 2021; Silver Whisper - June 20, 2021; Silver Explorer - May 28, 2021; Silver Moon - June 7, 2021; Silver Dawn - November 9, 2021; Silver Origin - June 5, 2021.

STAR CLIPPERS - Royal Clipper saildates are cancelled until July 3, 2021. Star Clipper saildates are cancelled until September 11, 2021. Star Flyer saildates are cancelled until July 10, 2021.

TAUCK RIVER CRUISES - Cruises canceled through May 31, 2021.

TAUCK SMALL SHIP CRUISING - Cruises canceled through May 31, 2021.

U BY UNIWORLD - All departures canceled until further notice.

UNIWORLD BOUTIQUE RIVER CRUISE COLLECTION - All departures canceled until further notice.

VICTORY CRUISE LINES - Cruises canceled until further notice.

VIKING OCEAN CRUISES - Cruises canceled through May 31, 2021. Limited domestic UK voyages set to resume in May.

VIKING RIVER CRUISES - Cruises canceled through May 31, 2021.

VIRGIN VOYAGES - Cruises on Scarlet Lady canceled through September 17, 2021.

WINDSTAR CRUISES - Windstar ships will resume sailing on the following dates: Wind Spirit – July 15, 2021; Star Breeze – June 19, 2021; Star Legend – September 4, 2021; Wind Star – June 19, 2021; Wind Surf – August 8, 2021; Star Pride – November 3, 2021.

ADVENTURES BY DISNEY - With the well-being of our Guests and Guides as our top priority and in line with direction from health experts and government officials, Adventures by Disney has decided to suspend all upcoming departures through Friday, April 30, 2021, with the exception of the Costa Rica Adventure on April 10, 2021.

BEACHES RESORTS - All Beaches Resorts are now open.

CIE TOURS - CIE Tours has suspended the operation of departures to all destinations through May, 2021.

COSMOS - In response to elevated travel restrictions and government advisements, we have made the thoughtful decision to suspend European and other select operations through May 31, 2021 for guests from the United States. Some Globus and Monograms domestic operations will continue.

DISNEYLAND RESORT - Disneyland Park will re-open on April 30, 2021. Upon reopening, certain parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences and other offerings will be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and will be subject to limited availability or even closure, and park admission and offerings are not guaranteed.

GLOBUS - In response to elevated travel restrictions and government advisements, we have made the thoughtful decision to suspend European and other select operations through May 31, 2021 for guests from the United States. Some Globus and Monograms domestic operations will continue.

MONOGRAMS - In response to elevated travel restrictions and government advisements, we have made the thoughtful decision to suspend European and other select operations through May 31, 2021 for guests from the United States. Some Globus and Monograms domestic operations will continue.

ROCKY MOUNTAINEER - All Canadian departures canceled until July 4, 2021.

SANDALS RESORTS - The following resorts are now open: Sandals Grand Antigua, Sandals Royal Caribbean, Sandals Grande St. Lucian, Sandals Halcyon, Sandals Negril, Sandals Ochi, Sandals Regency La Toc, Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals South Coast, Sandals Royal Plantation, Sandals Grenada, and Sandals Emerald Bay. Here are the planned re-opening dates for their other resorts: BAHAMAS: Sandals Royal Bahamian will re-open on November 4, 2021. BARBADOS: Sandals Barbados and Sandals Royal Barbados will re-open on May 14, 2021.

SCENIC LUXURY CRUISES & TOURS - Land tours canceled through June 30, 2021.

TAUCK - NEW: Planning to re-start all U.S. tours by July. PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT: All tours canceled through May 31, 2021, with the exception of select departures of our Southern Charms, New Orleans & Mississippi River Country, Bluegrass & Blue Ridges and In Freedom's Footsteps itineraries.

UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT - Universal’s Volcano Bay has re-opened. Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s CityWalk are now open daily.

WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT - NEW: Disney's Blizzard Beach water park has now re-opened. PREVIOUS UPDATE: All 4 Walt Disney World theme parks and Disney Springs are now open. Park attendance is managed via the Disney Park Pass reservation system — to enter a park, both a park reservation and valid admission for the same park on the same date are required for Guests ages 3 and up. Additionally, select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, including Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, are open to Guests. Upon reopening, theme parks, Disney Resort Hotels, restaurants and other offerings may be modified, limited in capacity and subject to availability or closure.
