If you booked your air through Premier Custom Travel, please contact us directly for information and change/cancellation polices that apply to your specific reservation.

If Premier Custom Travel did not book your air, please check directly with your airline for any schedule changes or change/cancellation polices. Airlines may also issue waivers allowing you to change your flights without a penalty. We've included flight tracking links and websites for specific airlines below for your reference.

ABERCROMBIE & KENT - Abercrombie & Kent is continuing to assess future travel operations on a destination by destination basis around the world. If your upcoming travel plans are affected, you will be contacted to discuss postponing your journey, approximately 30-45 days prior to departure.

AMADEUS RIVER CRUISES - Cruises have resumed.

AMAWATERWAYS - Cruises canceled through November 15, 2020.

AMERICAN CRUISE LINES - All cruises canceled until further notice. 2020 Alaska season canceled entirely.

AMERICAN QUEEN STEAMBOAT COMPANY - All cruises on all ships canceled through October 31, 2020.

AVALON WATERWAYS - Cruises canceled through November 14, 2020.

AZAMARA - Cruises canceled through October 31, 2020, as well as the Azamara Quest sailings on November 4, 2020 and November 14, 2020.

CARNIVAL CRUISE LINE - NEW: Carnival Magic itineraries operating from Miami are cancelled until March 13, 2021. Carnival Paradise itineraries operating from Tampa are cancelled until March 19, 2021. Carnival Valor itineraries operating from New Orleans are cancelled until Apri; 29, 2021 (including the transatlantic cruise from New Orleans on January 25, 2021 and the return from Barcelona on February 26, 2021). Carnival Spirit itineraries operating from Brisbane are cancelled through May 16, 2021, with the first sailing being the Singapore to Brisbane voyage embarking on June 12, 2021. PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT:Cruises canceled through October 31, 2020. San Francisco sailings through 2020 have been canceled. Mardi Gras sailings November 14, 2020 through and including January 30, 2021 have been canceled. Carnival Breeze from Ft. Lauderdale sailings November 7, 2020 through and including March 7, 2021 have been canceled. Carnival Imagination and Carnival Inspiration sailings through and including April 19, 2021 have been canceled. Carnival Magic from Miami and Barcelona sailings March 13, 2021 through and including May 3, 2021 have been canceled. Carnival Fascination sailings through and including January 9, 2022 have been canceled. Carnival Sensation sailings March 3, 2022 and March 7, 2022 have been canceled. Carnival Sunrise: Miami 7 and 8 day sailings from October 9, 2021 through and including April 30, 2022, excluding the March 5, 2022 sailing are canceled. Miami 5 day sailing January 3, 2022 has been canceled. Carnival Radiance: Sailings through and including November 1, 2020 have been canceled. 9, 12 and 14 day sailings from May 2, 2021 through and including April 29, 2022 are also canceled. 5 day sailings December 23, 2021 and December 28, 2021 have been canceled. All of the preceeding changes are due to ship re-deployments or delays in ship building/dry dock upgrades.

CELEBRITY CRUISES - NEW: Cruises on Celebrity Eclipse & Celebrity Solstice (Australia/New Zealand) now canceled through December 31, 2020. PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT: Cruises canceled through October 31, 2020, along with three sailings in November, including the Celebrity Silhouette sailings of November 8, 2020, November 20, 2020 and Celebrity Infinity November 16, 2020.

CELESTYAL CRUISES - Entire 2020 cruise season canceled. 2021 season will commence on March 6, 2021.

COSTA CRUISES - The Italian government has officially approved the resumption of cruise operations and we are pleased to announce the restart of operations from Italian ports. Initially, it will be a gradual restart from our Italian ports reserved exclusively for our Italian Guests.

With the aim of ensuring the highest level of safety for guests, crew and ports of call and in line with the decision to carry out a responsible restart, we are announcing that Costa Deliziosa will depart from Trieste and Costa Diadema will depart from Genoa in September and will only call at Italian ports.

The most recent development shows that the conditions for safe travel are not yet in place in all destinations in Europe. Therefore, we are unfortunately forced to extend the suspension of cruise activities for all other ships in the fleet until September 30, 2020.

CRYSTAL CRUISES - All ocean cruises canceled through December 31, 2020.

CRYSTAL RIVER CRUISES - All river cruises canceled through December 31, 2020.

CRYSTAL YACHT EXPEDITION CRUISES - All yacht cruises canceled through January 9, 2021.

CUNARD - Queen Elizabeth sailings canceled until March 25, 2021. Queen Mary 2 sailings canceled until April 18, 2021. Queen Victoria sailings canceled until May 16, 2021.

DISNEY CRUISE LINE - Disney Fantasy cruises now canceled through December 6, 2020. Disney Dream and Disney Wonder cruises now canceled through December 11, 2020. Disney Magic cruises now canceled through December 12, 2020.

EMERALD WATERWAYS - Cruises canceled through October 31, 2020.

HAPAG-LLOYD CRUISES - NEW: All Antarctic cruises with the HANSEATIC inspiration and HANSEATIC nature in the 2020/2021-season have been canceled. These cancellations affect the following cruises: INS2023, INS2024, INS2100, INS2101, INS2102, INS2103, INS2104, INS2105 and NAT2100, NAT2101, NAT2102, NAT2103, NAT2104. PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT: Hapag-Lloyd Cruises has set sail again with extensive hygiene and preventive measures. Cruises restarted from Hamburg with the luxury ship, the EUROPA 2, and the expedition ship, the HANSEATIC inspiration. Kindly note that in accordance with the German authorities, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises has agreed to only welcome guests who are resident in Germany, Austria and Switzerland at this time.

HEBRIDEAN ISLAND CRUISES - Cruises on Hebridean Princess canceled through the end of the 2020 season (November 14, 2020). River cruises onboard Royal Crown are now canceled through October 31, 2020.

HOLLAND AMERICA LINE - All cruises canceled through December 15, 2020.

HURTIGRUTEN - Our gradual restart of our operations on the scheduled Bergen - Kirkenes – Bergen voyages along the Norwegian coast continues. All ships are planned to return to service from Bergen by the end of September. These voyages are not affected by our temporary suspension of expedition cruises. Due to international restrictions and the global coronavirus outbreak, we have cancelled several expedition sailings. Please contact us for a full list of canceled and operating sailings.

LINDBLAD EXPEDITIONS/NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC - Voyages canceled until further notice.

MSC CRUISES - Cruises canceled in the Mediterranean through October 31, 2020, with the exception of MSC Grandiosa and MSC Magnifica for guests residing in Schengen countries only. Caribbean cruises are also canceled through October 31, 2020.

NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE - All cruises canceled through October 31, 2020.

OCEANIA CRUISES - All voyages aboard Regatta, Nautica, Marina, Riviera, and Sirena canceled through October 30, 2020 and all voyages aboard Insignia canceled through November 10, 2020.

PAUL GAUGUIN CRUISES - Sailings have resumed.

PONANT - Cruises canceled through various dates. Please contact us for specific ship schedule changes.

PRINCESS CRUISES - All cruises sailing in and out of Australia on Majestic Princess, Regal Princess, Sapphire Princess, Sea Princess, and Sun Princess through October 31, 2020. All sailings in Asia, Caribbean, California Coast, Hawaii, Mexico, Panama Canal, South America & Antarctica, Japan, and Tahiti/South Pacific through December 15, 2020.

REGENT SEVEN SEAS CRUISES - Cruises canceled through October 31, 2020.

RIVIERA RIVER CRUISES - Cruises canceled until further notice.

ROYAL CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL - NEW: Australia and New Zealand departures now canceled through December 31, 2020. China cruises departing October 1-31, 2020 onboard Spectrum of the Seas have also been suspended. PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT:Cruises canceled through October 31, 2020. Additionally, the remainder of the 2020 Europe season and the fall Transatlantic sailings have also been cancelled, along with an additional pause in our China itineraries through October 1, 2020.

SCENIC LUXURY CRUISES & TOURS - All cruises canceled through October 31, 2020.

SEABOURN - Seabourn Odyssey cruises canceled through November 20, 2020. Seabourn Sojourn cruises canceled through October 13, 2020. Seabourn Quest cruises canceled through November 6, 2020. Seabourn Encore cruises canceled through October 19, 2020. Seabourn Ovation cruises canceled through November 6, 2020.

SEADREAM YACHT CLUB - NEW: West Indies voyages will resume on November 7, 2020. PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT: Both yachts have been relocated to Norway where sailings have already commenced.

SILVERSEA - Silversea ships plan to resume sailing on the following dates: Silver Cloud - October 28, 2020; Silver Wind - June 14, 2021; Silver Shadow - November 10, 2020; Silver Spirit - November 5, 2020; Silver Muse - October 10, 2020; Silver Whisper - November 10, 2020; Silver Explorer - October 31, 2020; Silver Moon - November 8, 2020; Silver Origin - September 19, 2020.

STAR CLIPPERS - Royal Clipper cruises canceled until November 7, 2020. Star Clipper cruises canceled until November 6, 2020. Star Flyer cruises canceled until December 5, 2020.

TAUCK RIVER CRUISES - Cruises canceled through October 31, 2020.

TAUCK SMALL SHIP CRUISING - Cruises canceled through October 31, 2020.

UN-CRUISE ADVENTURES - Alaska departures for the remainder of 2020 have been suspended.

U BY UNIWORLD - All departures canceled through October 31, 2020.

UNIWORLD BOUTIQUE RIVER CRUISE COLLECTION - All departures canceled through October 31, 2020.

VICTORY CRUISE LINES - The entire 2020 cruise season has been canceled due to prolonged governmental restrictions and uncertainties of future travel through Canadian waters.

VIKING OCEAN CRUISES - Cruises canceled through December 31, 2020.

VIKING RIVER CRUISES - Cruises canceled through December 31, 2020.

VIRGIN VOYAGES - Cruises canceled through October 31, 2020.

WINDSTAR CRUISES - All 2020 cruises have been canceled. Windstar hopes to resume voyages in 2021.

ADVENTURES BY DISNEY - Most departures canceled through November 30, 2020.

AM RESORTS - Select resorts have re-opened. Please contact us for a complete list of resorts and planned re-opening dates.

AULANI, A DISNEY RESORT & SPA - A phased reopening of Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa will begin on November 1, 2020. We will post more details as they become available.

BEACHES RESORTS - Beaches Negril has reopened. Beaches Turks & Caicos will re-open on October 14, 2020. NEW: Beaches Ocho Rios is now scheduled to re-open on December 18, 2020.

CIE TOURS - CIE Tours has suspended the operation of departures to all destinations through December, 2020.

CLUB MED - Club Med Sandpiper Bay, Club Med Cancun Yucatan, and Club Med Turkoise have reopened. Here are other future planned re-opening dates: Club Med Punta Cana on October 17, 2020, Club Med Caravelle on October 17, 2020, Club Med Michès Playa Esmeralda on December 5, 2020, Club Med Ixtapa Pacific on December 12, 2020, Club Med Columbus Isle on December 12, 2020, Club Med Buccaneer's Creek on December 12, 2020. Please contact us for specific resort information. This schedule can be subject to modifications as a result of governmental decisions regarding border closures or travel restrictions, air travel accessibility, or health & safety protocols.

COSMOS - All tours canceled through November 14, 2020.

DISNEYLAND RESORT - The Downtown Disney District has begun a phased reopening. The Hotels of the Disneyland Resort remain closed and will reopen at a later date (we are expecting them to be closed at least through October 10th). Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park will remain closed and will reopen at a later date, pending state and local government approvals. Upon reopening, certain parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences and other offerings will be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and will be subject to limited availability or even closure, and park admission and offerings are not guaranteed.

DISNEY'S HILTON HEAD ISLAND RESORT - Resort has re-opened.

DISNEY'S VERO BEACH RESORT - Resort has re-opened.

GLOBUS - All tours canceled through November 14, 2020.

LEGOLAND CALIFORNIA - SeaLife Aquarium and Legoland Hotel are now open. The theme park and water park remain closed until further notice.

MONOGRAMS - All tours canceled through November 14, 2020.

ROCKY MOUNTAINEER - All departures have been canceled for the 2020 season. Rocky Mountaineer looks forward to welcoming guests back in 2021.

SANDALS RESORTS - The following resorts are now open: Sandals Grand Antigua, Sandals Royal Caribbean, Sandals Grande St. Lucian, Sandals Negril, Sandals Regency La Toc, Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Barbados and Sandals Royal Barbados. Here are the planned re-opening dates for their other resorts: JAMAICA: Sandals South Coast will re-open on October 1, 2020. Sandals Royal Plantation will re-open on October 8, 2020. Sandals Ochi will re-open on November 1, 2020. BAHAMAS: Sandals Emerald Bay will re-open on November 1, 2020. Sandals Royal Bahamian will now re-open on January 28, 2021. ST. LUCIA: Sandals Halcyon will re-open on November 1, 2020. Sandals Grenada will re-open on October 1, 2020.

SCENIC LUXURY CRUISES & TOURS - Land tours canceled through October 31, 2020. In addition, further suspensions apply to Egypt, Jordan and Israel land tours until December 31, 2020.

SEAWORLD - SeaWorld Orlando, SeaWorld San Antonio, and SeaWorld San Diego have all re-opened.

TAUCK - All tours canceled through October 31, 2020.

TRAFALGAR - All tours canceled through November 30, 2020.

UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT - CityWalk and the theme parks are now opened in a limited capacity. Select resort hotels are also now open.

WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT - NEW: While Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park remain closed at this time, pending state and local government approvals, we currently plan to reopen one of the two Disney water parks on March 7, 2021. PREVIOUS UPDATE: All 4 Walt Disney World theme parks and Disney Springs are now open. Park attendance is managed via the Disney Park Pass reservation system — to enter a park, both a park reservation and valid admission for the same park on the same date are required for Guests ages 3 and up. Additionally, select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, including Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, are open to Guests. Upon reopening, theme parks, Disney Resort Hotels, restaurants and other offerings may be modified, limited in capacity and subject to availability or closure.
